المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Preferably less than 1 year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent proficiency in English; outstanding customer service skills; strong communication abilities; ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and register guests, manage reservations, provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities, and handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Working Conditions: Must be prepared to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy hotel environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly and welcoming demeanor, detail-oriented, good organizational skills, a team player with a professional appearance, and eagerness to help guests.
