  • Greet and welcome visitors or clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage appointment schedules and bookings (e.g., using a calendar or Zenoti system)
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs
  • Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, or email
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail or deliveries
  • Coordinate with other departments or staff members when necessary
  • Maintain visitor logs or security protocols, if applicable
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, or inventory checks
  • Promote services or products when applicable (e.g., in salons or clinics)
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

  3. Attentive to details.
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Application
  5. With good communication skills.
