We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for managing daily tasks related to online orders and ensuring excellent customer service across various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

Responsibilities:

• Print waybills and prepare order shipments
• Scan and process drop-off parcels
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through e-commerce platforms
• Monitor and manage order status, cancellations, and returns
• Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery and pickup concerns
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of all customer transactions

• High school graduate, vocational course, or college level
• With or without related work experience
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge
