  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvements.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience Level: With or without experience is necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, effective scheduling abilities, technical proficiency, and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment; potential for irregular hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
