  • Assist customers with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role, at least 6 months insurance related experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require handling customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
