الوصف

  • Coordinate with TikTok KOLs (creators/influencers) for campaign execution, product sampling, and deliverables
  • Manage inquiries and provide timely support to creators and partners
  • Track KOL performance, content output, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Collaborate closely with internal brand teams to align campaign goals and strategies
  • Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and platform policies to assist accurately
  • Log and document all communications and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Work with the team to enhance creator satisfaction and campaign success
  • Comply with all internal company standards, protocols, and procedures

المتطلبات

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, influencer marketing, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Tools or Creator Center
  • E-commerce, MCN, or digital marketing background is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with digital platforms and tracking tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay City on a shifting schedule
