CUSTODIAN

• Preparing bakery asset of the new open branch (machines & oven)
• Take inventory of bakery assets (machines & oven)
• Reports if the machine is rusted & needs to be replaced.
• Records machines that are under maintenance or faced out.
• Monitors calibration of weighing scale & oven gauge in all branches
• Monitors all the machines including spare machines in all branches 
• Garage custodian
• Performing other task given by the management

HEAD DRIVER

• Monitors all concerns of company vehicles
• Monitors GPS of all the company vehicles
• Monitors Comprehensive insurance & registration of all vehicles

·        - Willingness to travel nationwide and conduct regular field visits across multiple branches and facilities to inspect and monitor the condition and location of assigned machinery.

·        - Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage inventory records, equipment documents, and maintenance logs with accuracy and consistency.

·        - Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with insurance providers and clients. Must be capable of facilitating claims, securing coverage, and resolving machinery-related issues with diplomacy and professionalism.

·        - Familiarity with equipment handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure all machinery is secured, maintained, and compliant with operational standards.

·        - Basic knowledge of insurance documentation and claims processing related to company equipment is preferred.

·        - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks across various locations and assignments.

·        - Proficiency in using spreadsheets or asset management software for tracking machinery status and movements is an advantage.
