الوصف

  • Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to traditional recipes.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist in menu planning.
  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation and cooking processes.
  • Develop new menu items and regularly update offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Chinese cooking techniques, strong kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires standing for extended periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, passion for culinary arts, ability to work in a team.
