  • Manage all aspects of food production for catered events, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and coordinating with event planners and clients to ensure smooth and successful event execution.

要件

  • Possess strong culinary skills, including expertise in various cooking techniques (e.g., sautéing, grilling, baking, braising), knife skills, and food preparation methods.
  • Demonstrate a passion for food with a strong understanding of culinary trends, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation regulations.
