الوصف

  • Primary role : Create new distribution channels where we can distribute our products. Identify key areas where the opening of channels are ideal.
  • Develop strategic & tactical plans/program to augment distributors’ sales.
  • Do background check on which candidates are best to carry the brand.
  • Leads the design and implementation of distribution campaigns to drive performance and growth of the company.
  • Conduct market price surveys and competitor analysis to stay abreast of the latest market demand and business trends to provide competitive insights.
  • Innovate new solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Ensure that sales and distribution statistics are properly prepared, analyzed, interpreted and communicated to the management including competitive activity report.

المتطلبات

  • The candidate must be Degree Holder in Business Course, Arts, Marketing or related
  • Can work onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Can work immediately
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building relationships with distributors and other stakeholders. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and identify trends. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and distribution strategies. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues within the distribution network.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Marketing Principles: Understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics. 
  • Knowledge of Distribution Channels: Understanding of different distribution channels and their strengths and weaknesses.
