الوصف

  • Receives payment by cash and check;
  • Issues receipts, refunds, or change due to students, faculty and staff;
  • Prepares daily collection report;
  • Updates the accounts of International Students;
  • Generates monthly report on tuition receivable of International Students;
  • Files and sorts the official receipts in an orderly manner;
  • Keeps record of transactions.
  • Maintains excellent customer service.

المتطلبات

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business or accounting-related course.
  • At least one (1) year of work-related experience;
  • Has good scholastic records and proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams);
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
  • Can work under pressure and has a high degree of integrity.
  • Must be keen to details and has a very good customer service orientation.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Can start immediately.
