الوصف

  • Plan, direct and oversee the execution of internal audit projects to assess the effectiveness of control systems and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead a team of auditors and provide coaching and mentorship to develop their skills and expertise
  • Prepare detailed audit reports that communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress towards resolving identified issues


المتطلبات

  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, preferably within a large, complex organisation
  • Extensive knowledge of audit principles, practices and risk management frameworks
  • Proven track record of leading audit teams and projects to successful outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and formulate pragmatic solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to present audit findings and recommendations effectively
  • Relevant professional certification such as CPA is highly desirable
