الوصف

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct regular asset inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset acquisition, disposal, and maintenance history
  • Manage asset inventory and ensure proper tagging and accountability of all assets
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient and effective asset utilization
  • Create and execute asset maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and report on asset performance and utilization metrics
  • Establish and enforce asset disposal policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to departments on asset management practices

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in asset management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in investment analysis and portfolio management
  • Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Understanding of various asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
