  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Negotiation, Sales Support, Relationship Building, and Sales Management. Strong English language proficiency is essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, support sales initiatives, and build lasting relationships. Analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical thinker, proactive, and detail-oriented.
