The Main Office is in the Pasig city work area.

• Loan Application. Manages the entire process of loan application in refinancing/personal loans. 

• Risk Assessment. Analyzing financial information, risk ratios, and making recommendations on loan approvals. 

• Client Relationship Management. Building a network and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them on refinancing/personal loan options. 

• Sales & Marketing Development. Achieving loan volume targets, identifying new business opportunities, and cross-selling other financial services. 

• Compliance & Documentation. Ensuring compliance with relevant standard regulations, preparing and reviewing loan documentation, and maintaining accurate records. 

• Performs other related functions as directed by the Immediate Superior.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course related to finance, business management, or accounting courses

• With 3-5years of experience managing a team in from financing or banking institution

• Expert in sales & marketing, and able to understand the clients’ needs.

• With network and experience in handling personal and/or commercial loans

• With knowledge in personal and other sales and financial services

• Excellence in written & verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Possesses good coordination & cultivates good interpersonal skills
