説明

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure the smooth handling of administrative tasks, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.


  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork
  • Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and screening resumes
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support payroll processing and maintain attendance/leave records
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Help organize training and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle HR-related documents with discretion
  • Perform general administrative tasks and support the HR team as needed


要件


  • At least 1 year experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
