• Partner with leadership to support day-to-day HR operations in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer letters.
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes that deliver a seamless experience for new and existing employees.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives that reflect our values and startup spirit.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Be the go-to person for HR questions, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using our HRIS.
• Assist with performance review cycles and feedback processes.
• Contribute to building scalable HR processes, tools, and templates as we grow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech startup or fast-growth company.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing or supporting recruiting and onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with HRIS
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
