Position: Fund Management Senior Analyst (Audit)

Company Industry: Financial Services

Work Location: Pasay City

Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM- 6:00AM)

Salary: Php 50, 000-Php 55,000

Work Set Up: Hybrid (2-4x a month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accounting and Finance
• At least 1 year+ Audit Experience under Wealth and Asset Management
• With background or knowledge about Post-Audit Review and Pre-Audit Planning
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate and verify monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund reports produced by third-party administrators.
• Consolidate, analyze, and harmonize large volumes of investor data across hedge funds and private equity vehicles, covering activities such as commitments, subscriptions, capital calls, and distributions.
• Safeguard data accuracy and consistency across all tailored and standardized reporting outputs.
• Partner with Client Service, Fund Reporting, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless information flow and process efficiency.
• Contribute to the feeder fund’s annual audit by providing detailed support to the fund controller.
