説明

  • Be the go-to person for building and maintaining KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and influencer relationships.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships - from researching influencers to managing campaigns, and ensure every collaboration is impactful and aligns with the Company's brand goals.
  • Identify and engage with influencers who align with the company and its client's brand and target audience.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns form concept to execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, compensation, and terms with KOLs to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Track and analyze KOLs campaign performance such as but not limited to providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the KOLs trends and shifts in the social media landscape.
  • Ensure influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for the target audience.
  • Participate in a monthly report with the management or when necessary.

要件

  • Must be graduate of a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations, and the like.
  • Relevant experience working with the KOL/Influencers or handling talent management is required.
  • Have a good communications and public relations skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skill.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, and constantly seeking to disrupt conventions.
