  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Supervise accounting staff and provide training as needed.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years in accounting or finance roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours, occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills.
