Keterangan
- Troubleshoot and repair networks, hardware, and software for desktops and laptops.
- Administer and maintain CCTV, IP telephony, and firewall systems.
- Provide technical support for servers, networks, telephones, POS, and other devices.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor systems, perform monthly IT audits, and ensure updates and patches are applied.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement and obtain multiple quotes.
- Provide technical support via phone or in-person.
- Maintain IT records and office supplies inventory.
- Visit branches for equipment checks and CCTV backup management.
- Coordinate repairs of office equipment with suppliers.
- Assist at the reception area as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Persyaratan
- With relevant experience (especially in POS)
- 1 to 2 years related work experience
- With a bachelor's degree in IT-related courses.
- Can work ASAP.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
