Keterangan

  • Assists truck driver by performing any combination of the following tasks Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  • Loading and unloading of items by push cart or by use of hand truck or dolly Pads, stacks, and securing items in position on the truck to prevent damage during shipment.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
  • Responsible for requesting necessary documents li Itinerary, Endorsement sheet, passes, budget requisition, and other documents required prior to the pullout.
  • Helping drivers navigate to each destination on schedule, and recording delivery logs.
  • Suppose there are any issues with a delivery or problems with a deadline. In that case, it’s the driver helper’s responsibility to report the problem to a supervisor or senior staff member and help resolve it if possible.
  • They work with the driver to fill logs and reports of each delivery for an accurate record of what has been completed.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Persyaratan

  • At least a high school graduate
  • At least one year of working experience in a logistics
  • Basic computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Office and email
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Passionate, hardworking, energetic, and with a positive attitude
