As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas by performing tasks such as cleaning floors, dusting furniture, replenishing bathroom amenities, removing trash, and ensuring overall tidiness, while adhering to established cleaning standards and safety protocols.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 

Unit Cleaning:             

·        Emptying trash cans and replacing trash bags.

·        Sweep, vacuum, and mops every unit in the hotel.

·        Checking for any room damages or maintenance issues and reporting them to the Hotel Manager.

Common Area Cleaning:

·        Cleaning and maintaining common areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.

·        Dusting furniture and fixtures in common areas.

·        Mopping floors in common areas.

·        Removing trash from bins.

Inventory:

·        Maintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cart with necessary cleaning supplies.

·        Reporting any shortages of cleaning supplies to the Hotel Manager

Guest Service:

·        Responding promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping needs.

·    Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests.

Other Tasks

• Maintains a high standard of appearance and hygiene at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures that the work area is free from hazards to guests and staff members.
• Performs any additional tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation and the delivery of exceptional service.

• High School graduate
• Preferably with at least one (1) year working experience in the hospitality industry.
