Keterangan

  • Transitioning paper records to a digital format by performing data entry
  • Answering resident/consultant inquiries through online and offline platforms
  • Communicating with the doctors and the Management
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Scheduling and assisting with the Diagnostic Examination
  • Collecting the requirements submitted by the school applicants or doctors
  • Source office supplies when needed
  • Devise and maintain a filing system for the records of applicants, residents, and consultants
  • Handle request and queries appropriately

Persyaratan

  • Graduate of any four (4) years Bachelor’s degree
  • Willing to work on-site
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year relevant work experience in administrative work or any related field
  • Organizational Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Multi-Tasking skills
  • Effective office and records management skills
  • Flexible and can adopt to constant demands
  • Well-equipped in using Microsoft Office applications, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Gmail, Google calendar, and other administrative platforms
