Job Title: Workforce Development Manager

Location: Hybrid, Quiapo, Manila

Reports to: Executive VP


The Mission

We don’t just train students; we launch careers. As our Workforce Development Manager, you are the architect of our graduates' success. Your goal is simple but ambitious: ensure every student is industry-ready and successfully placed in a high-growth career.


You will lead the synergy between our technical training and our career services, managing a team of Trainers and to the Career Placement Services Officer to turn educational potential into professional reality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Align the curriculum with current market demands to ensure training remains relevant and "hirable."
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of Trainers (ensuring instructional quality) and Career Placement Officers (driving employment KPIs).
  • Partnership Building: Actively develop and maintain a network of corporate partners, industry leaders, and recruiters to create a "hiring pipeline."
  • The "Employment Bridge": Design and implement workshops on soft skills, interview prep, and personal branding that complement technical training.
  • Data-Driven Outcomes: Track and report on placement rates, average starting salaries, and employer satisfaction to constantly refine our approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Workforce Development, Career Services, Recruitment, Human Resources or Vocational Training management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in increasing employment rates or building successful corporate partnership programs.
  • Communication: Exceptional networking and public speaking skills.
