Performs administrative functions necessary in the drafting of policies, strategies, plans, programs, projects, standards and processes on education and trainings for administrative support services personnel
Performs administrative functions necessary in the development of training design and instructional materials.
Performs administrative functions necessary in the development of trainer’s training programs and in the organization of a Resource Speaker’s database
Performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs;
Prepares list and profile of trainees
Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids;
Coordinates set-up of audio-visual equipment
Compliance to IMS (Integrated Management System) Standards and Policies.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
