Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven BMS Technical Sales Engineer to handle the sales and promotion of BMS communication protocol gateway and related automation products in the Philippine market. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project-based sales experience, and the ability to work closely with consultants, contractors, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Communication protocol gateway for BMS SI, consultants, developers, contractors, and facility owners.
• Identify new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects
• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to propose suitable BMS solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, system architectures, and cost estimates
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and meetings with clients and consultants
• Support tender submissions, including technical clarifications and compliance documents
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and project teams during pre-sales and post-sales stages
• Conduct site visits for surveys, technical discussions, and client support
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales and achieve targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the Philippines

• Building Management System (BMS)
• HVAC controls and automation
• DDC controllers, sensors, actuators, valves
• VFD integration
• Communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus, KNX not limited.
• Energy management and smart building solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
• At least 2–5 years of experience in BMS, ELV, HVAC controls, or automation sales
• Experience handling construction or fit-out projects in the Philippines is highly preferred
• Knowledge of local codes, standards, and consultant practices is an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Good negotiation and relationship-management abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
