HR RECRUITER

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other sourcing tools

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple recruitment tasks

• Familiarity with interview techniques, screening, and onboarding processes

• Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to be assigned to Western Bicutan, Taguig City.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the organization's goals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored support.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to create a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize the hiring process and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
