JOJO BRAGAIS SHOES is looking for a Social Media Specialist with strong digital instincts, creative storytelling skills, and a passion for building engaging online content. If you're someone who understands how to grow a brand on social media and enjoys turning online trends into real impact, this could be the perfect fit for you.


In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing our social media presence—especially on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll collaborate with our Marketing and Creative teams to execute campaigns, promote new collections, and keep our content fresh, timely, and aligned with our brand voice. Whether you're planning posts, responding to followers, or pitching your next viral idea, you’ll be helping us stay relevant, authentic, and ahead of the curve.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Manage the Content Calendar

  • Organize and schedule posts across key platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is timely and strategic

Create Engaging Content

  • Write captions that reflect our tone—whether bold, fun, or empowering
  • Use relevant hashtags, visuals, and formats for each platform

Spot and Act on Trends

  • Stay updated on social trends and pop culture moments
  • Pitch content ideas that help the brand join conversations that matter

Engage with the Community

  • Respond to comments, messages, and tags with brand-aligned tone
  • Monitor feedback and look for opportunities to strengthen engagement

Measure & Improve Performance

  • Use analytics tools to track performance
  • Report on key metrics and recommend improvements

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with designers and videographers to execute content ideas
  • Brainstorm with the team to develop new campaigns and creative strategies

Stay Ready for Live & Real-Time Moments

  • Post live during launches, events, or cultural moments
  • Help the brand stay dynamic and responsive in a fast-paced digital space

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or youth-oriented brands.
  • Proficient in managing and posting on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads
  • Excellent written communication and captioning skills
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
  • Strong eye for timing, tone, and relevance
  • Keen awareness of pop culture, digital behavior, and emerging content formats
