The Recruitment Associate supports the full-cycle hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings
• Coordinate interviews and communicate schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
• Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics as needed
• Support recruitment events such as job fairs or campus hiring initiatives
