HIRING: PROPERTY OPERATIONS ADMIN

20hrs weekly Mon-Fri

EST Timezone


System & Platform Administration

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding users across property management and operations platforms
  • Set up users, properties, and permissions in various systems as directed
  • Support property-level updates and one-off system adjustments
  • Help maintain accuracy and organization across operational tools and databases

Operations & Compliance Support

  • Assist with audits related to property performance, delinquency, leasing, and compliance
  • Help track and maintain reports for vendor programs and property-level initiatives
  • Support monthly and recurring reporting tasks and data checks
  • Assist with maintaining records related to legal, compliance, and vendor relationships

Reporting & Data Support

  • Help compile daily, weekly, and monthly internal reports
  • Assist with data entry, validation, and updates in reporting tools
  • Support basic analysis and tracking under guidance of the operations team

Vendor, Property & Portfolio Support

  • Assist with new property setup and property transitions in various systems
  • Help update records for acquisitions and dispositions as needed
  • Coordinate information with vendors and internal stakeholders when required

Transitions & Project Support

  • Assist with document uploads, organization, and contract management
  • Support due diligence tasks and lease file audits during transitions
  • Provide general administrative support for ongoing operations projects

Team Support

  • Cross-train with the Operations Services team to support coverage and continuity
  • Assist with additional operational tasks and projects as assigned


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or a related administrative/business role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Solid written and reading English skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Experience with property management or operations software is a plus (Entrata, RealPage Budgeting, EZ Turn, and Revenue Management preferred)
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage recurring tasks
