We are looking for a hands-on IT Supervisor to manage overall IT operations and web development initiatives. The role covers IT infrastructure, systems support, and supervising web/digital projects for the company, with a strong emphasis on full stack web development and ongoing web maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Manage company websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
• Handle full stack web development, web maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and backup protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and new technology.
• Lead and mentor a small IT support team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related course.
• At least 3 years of IT supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in full stack web development (front-end & back-end) and web maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure and systems management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
