Key Responsibilities:

• Write, create, and produce engaging content for marketing and communication platforms.
• Edit visual and video content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Support KOL / influencer marketing, including coordination, content tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and communication initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Manage and maintain social media content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Assist in campaign planning, implementation, and post-campaign evaluation.
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms.
• Handle and support outright and reseller marketing activities, including coordination, promotional execution, and content support for partner channels.
• Coordinate with resellers and outright partners to ensure proper brand representation and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Conduct regular store visits every Friday for content gathering, market observation, and brand monitoring.
• Perform field work as needed to support marketing activities, events, and on-ground campaigns.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online campaigns
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn new marketing tools and strategies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in sales, promotions, events, or customer engagement is an advantage
• Presentable and well-groomed, with a pleasing personality.
• Confident on camera and comfortable interacting with customers, influencers, and partners.
