Job Description

The ideal candidate is experienced as a Marketing Specialist (Cold Email & Cold Calls) who is highly skilled in outbound prospecting, cold email campaigns, and cold calls. You’ll play a vital role in building high-quality prospect lists, driving outreach campaigns, and ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect lists
• Craft and send targeted cold email campaigns designed to engage decision-makers and generate leads
• Craft and call prospect lists to qualify and generate leads
• Continuously optimize campaigns for deliverability, open rates, and response rates
• Use AI-driven data enrichment to ensure lists are accurate, relevant, and targeted
• Track, log, and manage outreach activities in CRM system
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including open, reply, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and target industries

Requirements and Skills

• At least 2 yrs. experience in cold email, lead generation, cold calls, and outbound prospecting
• Strong copywriting ability for persuasive and personalized cold outreach
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
• Proven results in setting up and running cold email campaigns with measurable success
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• A creative problem solver who brings new ideas to improve outreach success
