Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager – Integrated Channels (FMCG)

Salary Range: ₱60,000 – ₱80,000 / month

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the holistic marketing strategy for our Personal Care and/or Health Care brands. This role ensures seamless execution across digital/e-commerce and traditional/retail channels to achieve market share and sales growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual integrated marketing plans (online, offline, retail) to build brand equity and drive product sales.
• Digital Leadership: Lead e-commerce strategy, including optimization, paid media, content, SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Offline Execution: Plan and implement traditional advertising (ATL) and trade marketing activities (BTL, in-store promotions, merchandising) with the Sales team.
• Brand & Product Management: Ensure brand consistency, oversee new product launches and packaging marketing, and maintain compliant and compelling communications.
• Analysis & Optimization: Monitor market data, competitor activity, and digital analytics to measure ROI and optimize spend across all channels.
• Team & Agency Management: Lead direct reports and manage external agency partners (media, creative, digital).

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer healthcare.
• Expertise: Strong track record in both digital/e-commerce and traditional marketing.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.
