- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage legal risks and recommend preventive legal strategies
- Handle corporate legal requirements such as SEC filings, board resolutions, and corporate governance matters
- Coordinate with government agencies (SEC, DOLE, BI, LGUs, etc.).
- Maintain organized and confidential legal files and records
- Maintain litigation calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance on intellectual property, compliance, and regulatory risks.
