Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment system of the organization
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining active and inactive employee online database
• Monitor and keep safe 201 files
• Maintain employee information by entering and updating masterlist
• Maintain employee confidence and protect organization by keeping human resource information confidential
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolutions to their queries

Application process

• End-to-end recruitment process
• Phone screen / invite potential candidate
• Administer exam
• Conduct initial interview
• If passed, endorse applicant to 2nd, 3rd, and final interview
• If applicant is failed, HR Assistant must give feedback to the applicant
• If passed, prepare the job offer with list of pre-employment requirements and schedule the newly hired for submission of their pre-employment requirements and orientation
