Human Resources Manager

We at Astron Appliances PH are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and manage end-to-end HR functions in a growing organization.

This is an on site position.

Location: Baesa, QC

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and manage the HR team
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and compliance
• Manage performance reviews, training, and development programs
• Ensure HR policies, records, and reports are properly maintained

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years HR experience with supervisory or managerial background
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Organized, responsible, and can lead a team
• Good communication skills
