• Creating new projects in different department in the company to improve the productivity and creating innovative process.
• Create and Implement new strategies depending on the concerns of all department to creat innovative improvement of the company.
• Establishing timelines for projects and managing the workflow to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Managing all aspects of a project, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and client relations
• Determining which types of advertising will be most effective in reaching target audiences based on demographic information such as age, gender, ethnicity, location, or socioeconomic status
• Monitoring and Evaluate new implemented program, to see how it is effective to company, to increase the productivity of all departments in process to maximize the day to day operations and related to the goal of marketing department innovation + tradition.
