Role Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Marketing & Event Coordinator to spearhead our event-based lead generation initiatives. This role combines strategic event management with analytical rigor to create meaningful business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry event organizers to enhance brand visibility and access target markets
• Identify and evaluate high-value networking and promotional opportunities aligned with business objectives

End-to-End Event Execution

• Lead comprehensive planning and coordination of company participation in industry events
• Manage logistics, timelines, and cross-functional team alignment to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee creation, production, and distribution of compelling marketing materials
• Handle event-related financial transactions, including sponsorship fees and vendor payments

Data-Driven Lead Capture & Management

• Design and implement systematic attendee profiling and data collection processes
• Organize prospect information to enable personalized engagement throughout the customer journey
• Maintain and update the marketing calendar with relevant event content and follow-up reminders
• Establish and track KPIs to measure event ROI (attendance, engagement metrics, qualified leads generated)

CRM & Sales Integration

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date contact records in Odoo CRM system
• Convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities and quotations
• Collaborate closely with direct sales and telesales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion tracking

Market Intelligence & Analytics

• Monitor competitor marketing strategies and tactical initiatives
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities and customer needs
• Recommend innovative content strategies and campaign approaches based on insights
• Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and event outcomes
• Maintain organized records of marketing metrics and campaign results

Strategic Contributions

• Contribute to marketing budget planning and resource allocation
• Co-develop and maintain the Marketing Department Playbook to ensure operational excellence
• Support additional projects and initiatives as business needs evolve

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of progressive experience as Marketing Associate or similar role (for senior-level consideration)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proven track record in event management and lead generation
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
