Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/Bacolod

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

This role will focus on optimising our marketing spend, direct marketing and personalisation activities efforts to drive a greater return on investment and providing us with a more robust view our channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & Sustainability 

• Ensure that the businesses short and long-term activities comply with Company policy and do not endanger or harm employees, customers, the environment and the community through personal leadership on safety, health and environment issues

Performance Marketing & Paid Media

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize spend, reach, and ROI.
• Support with agency collaboration, ensuring media plans and execution align with campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Content & Social Media Support

• Assist with scheduling and boosting paid social content across brand channels.
• Monitor engagement and escalate issues or feedback when necessary.

Marketing Campaign measurement & Optimization

• Work cross functionally and with external partners to ensure targets are defined for Campaigns and key Activities, and effective benchmarks established. 
• Collect and interpret performance data from paid channels, social media, and email to prepare regular reports.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure robust measurement plans are set up for digital media, social marketing, digital commerce and retail/shopper marketing campaigns

Qualification and requirements:

• Formal qualifications in Business/Marketing or related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in a digital performance marketing or social media role.
• Agency experience or fast-paced marketing environment preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Exposure to working with or coordinating agencies for campaign management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with marketing tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic creative skills (copy, image, video editing) desirable.
