- Handle inbound and outbound calls for scheduling appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions.
- Assist clients with inquiries and resolve any issues related to scheduling.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a customer service or call center role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language and effective communication
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with scheduling and appointment management
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment
