• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage customer requests efficiently through multi-channel communication, including phone, email, and chat.
• Support and schedule appointments for services or consultations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, Customer service oriented, Strong problem-solving abilities, Excellent organizational skills, Effective interpersonal and people skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage scheduling and back office support as needed
• Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to changing situations
