JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open for Undergraduates and High school diploma or equivalent education
• With at least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service in a BPO set up is an advantage
• Willing to work fully onsite in IT Park Cebu
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through chat and email channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective, timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Recommend and upsell relevant products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
