Job Opening: Home Security Representative

Location: Cebu City – Insular Life Building, IT Park

Schedule: Shifting

Work Setup: Onsite

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / ALS Passer
Open to freshers
With or without BPO experience
Must have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with billing inquiries
Helping troubleshoot alarm system issues
Scheduling installation or maintenance visits
Explaining service plans or upgrades
Updating account information
