Description

• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
• Assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Process orders and handle returns effectively.
• Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with accurate client information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
• Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a call center environment.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
