- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and update customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and maintain service quality.
- Uphold company values and deliver outstanding customer experience.
- At least High School Graduate (College level/graduate is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- With or without prior customer service experience (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
