Position: AR Billing Analyst

Industry: IT BPO Company

Location: UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City

Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000 + Php2,125

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Night Shift)

Work Set up: Hybrid (3x work on site)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Accounting or any related course
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in Billing Process role.
• Experience Managing end to end billing process
• Willing to work in night shift schedule
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing end-to-end billing process, invoice and reconciliation.
• Ensuring compliance and timely delivered of invoices accurately.
• Collaborating and working with Finance and client teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintaining accurate billing report
• Preparing reports for financial statements in Billing.
