Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and financial records management
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Oversee tax compliance activities, including preparation, review, and filing of statutory tax requirements
• Monitor and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of accounting systems and tools
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation
• Assist the Accounting Manager in implementing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Guide and support junior accounting staff as needed
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong background in tax compliance, bookkeeping, and accounting systems
• Solid understanding of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills

Work Schedule & Location

• Work Location: Makati City
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday
• Saturday work follows a skeletal schedule



Working Hours:

• Either 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, subject to approval by the Accounting Manager
