Quality-Star Concrete Products, Inc. was established in 1988, with the primary goal of providing quality concrete hollow blocks to the Philippine market. As the market progress, the company grew into a full-blown concrete product manufacturer which produces high quality paving block, special blocks, and non-skid tiles. Starcrete Manufacturing Corporation was established in 2010 as part of the growing expansion of Quality-Star Group of Companies to fulfil and keep up with the increasing market needs and expand our reach into other regions in the Philippines. Today, with over 32 years of manufacturing experience, both companies have remained one of the most reliable and dependable brand names for quality concrete products. And with factories situated in Carmona and Pampanga, we make sure to cater to every client who needs such products for their respective projects all over the Philippines.
